Mr Yves van Roon is a consultant (uro)gynaecologist at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. He attended King’s College London Medical School and subsequently trained in the East of England region, completing his specialisation in obstetrics and gynaecology at Cambridge University Hospital. He is specialised in minimal invasive surgery and urogynaecology with a special interest in pelvic floor dysfunction after child birth. He treats women with general gynaecological conditions such as menstrual dysfunction, pelvic pain and postmenopausal symptoms and specialises in urogynaecological conditions including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and painful bladder syndrome. He also trained as a clinical psychologist and has a holistic approach to treating patients adapting treatments to their individual needs.
